Failover WITH customer provided firewall
This assumes the customer has a business grade firewall that has a failover capabilities. Great fit if the customer has a Sonicwall, Fortinet, Meraki, Watchguard, or Zyxel firewalls. SGIT would either work with the customers IT team or work directly on the customer equipment to setup and test the failover.

Failover WITHOUT customer provided firewall
This assumes the customer does NOT have a business grade firewall that is capable of failover. In this scenario the router would perform all the network functions of the firewall, router and failover.
This is a great fit for customers that have broadband with the ISP providing the routers. This is very common with Spectrum, Frontier, Comcast, Cox, ATT Uverse and most other broadband providers. The ISP-provided routers do not have any built in failover capability.
In these scenarios, SGIT would reconfigure the customers network with the new router as the main router/firewall. The router would be configured to use the customer broadband internet as the primary and 4G as the failover.
